# Country availability

> Country eligibility for USD collection account issuance.

USD collection account eligibility is based on the account holder's primary residential or operating address. Approval remains subject to KYC or KYB review, document checks, sanctions screening, and product availability.

<Note>
  Swerv accepts the customer's country as an ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code during customer creation and KYC. For USD account issuance, Swerv converts the approved KYC profile to the format required for Lead Bank compliance review.
